ARTWORK + REQUIREMENTS

Graphic Design

We offer 2 hours of complimentary graphic design with each apparel or accessory order! Depending on the complexity of your design, this will typically allow for an initial draft and two to three revisions.

Logo Creation

Starting a business and aren’t quite ready for merch? We offer logo creation services to help you kickstart your brand! Reach out to a sales rep for rates!

Social Media Promo Graphics

Need a graphic to promote your items? We are happy to provide a jpeg of your design for promotional use free of charge!

Art Release

Your art belongs to you, however, since we do not charge for graphic design time we do charge a fee to release hi-res art files that our designers created.

PREP YOUR FILES

If you’ve worked out your own design, refer to our file specs below to make submitting your artwork smooth and easy.

Adobe Illustrator

We prefer Illustrator files (ai. or eps.). In CS6 or earlier please.

Please be sure to do the following to your file:

  • Convert all fonts to outlines (If you are unfamiliar with how to do this, your sales rep can help)

  • Make sure all placed images are 300 dpi and are embedded in the file

  • Convert all colors to Spot Colors (PMS/Pantone Colors)

  • Save art at the physical dimensions that you would like it to be printed

  • Please indicate if there are any Pantone PMS colors that need to be matched. If no colors are indicated we will match the ink colors as closely as possible to the way your supplied artwork looks on our computer screens.

  • Please send all art ready to print. If it needs work, let us know before hand, so you can authorize any additional changes for the proofing process

Adobe Photoshop

We also accept Adobe Photoshop files (.psd, .tif, .eps). In CS6 or earlier please.

Please be sure to do the following to your file:

  • Create art at the physical size that you want it to be printed and save files at 300dpi

  • Please keep all layers intact, and save art on a transparent background.

  • Please discard all unused layers.

  • Please indicate if there are any Pantone PMS colors that need to be matched. If no colors are indicated we will match the ink colors as closely as possible to the way your supplied artwork looks on our monitors.

  • (Note: If the art has been flattened or merged, additional art charges may apply)

  • Please send all art ready to print. If it needs work, let us know beforehand, so you can authorize any additional changes for the proofing process.

MAXIMUM PRINT SIZES

Although our presses are capable of printing up to 16″ wide x 17″ tall, that doesn’t always mean that every garment or item is able to be printed with that large of an image. Your sales rep can guide through specifics.

SENDING FILES

There are a few different ways of getting your files into our hands:

  • email your files along with all other order details to one of our reps (10mb max)

  • use our order form

  • send us a Dropbox link to retrieve your files

  • send your files via one of the common file transfer services: We Transfer, HighTail, SendSpace, etc.
